A. We offer only two honest sizes: 200-250g, 400-500gm and 800-900gm.

A. Every Plumelle cake is handcrafted, slow-aged, and small-batch. We use premium imported fruits, real spices, The result is depth of flavor and a comforting, nostalgic bite.
Q. How large is each batch?
A. We bake in 100kg batches to ensure consistent quality and artisan control. This limited production creates freshness and the premium character of each cake.
Q. Are Plumelle cakes vegan, sugar-free, or gluten-free?
A. Our standard plum cakes are not vegan, sugar-free, or gluten-free. We focus on classic recipes using premium fruit, butter, eggs, and wheat flour.
Q. Do Plumelle cakes contain alcohol?
A. We offer both Alcohol and Non-Alcohol variants. Product pages and labels clearly state which option you’re ordering.
Q. How long will my Plumelle cake stay fresh?
A. Our cakes are preservative-free and best enjoyed fresh. Shelf life (refrigerated): up to 5–7 days for most plum cakes. We list the exact shelf life on every product description.
Q. How should I store and serve my cake?
A. Keep refrigerated. For the best texture and aroma, remove from the fridge 15–20 minutes before serving. For a warm, soft slice, microwave a single slice for ~7 seconds (test your microwave first).
Q. How can I order from Plumelle?
A. The easiest way to order is via WhatsApp from our website. Tap the Order button, choose your cake size, and send the auto-filled message. We’ll confirm availability and share the payment details.

Q. Do you accept online card payments?
A. At present, we accept payments via Razorpay, allowing you to pay securely using UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking.
Q. Can I pre-order or reserve a cake?
A. Yes — you can reserve from the current batch via the website → WhatsApp flow. Once reserved, we’ll hold your cake pending payment confirmation.
Q. Will Plumelle be at the upcoming stall/event?
A. We post stall schedules and pop-up dates on the homepage and Instagram. For event stock, we recommend pre-ordering as quantities are limited.
Q. Can I taste before I buy at the stall?
A. At our public tastings and stalls we often offer samplers. Availability depends on the event — check our Instagram Stories or WhatsApp for updates.
Q. What if I’m unhappy with my cake?
A. We stand by our craft. If there’s an issue with quality or damage in transit, message us on WhatsApp within 24 hourswith photos. We’ll arrange a refund, replacement, or store credit after review.
Q. Do you accept cancellations?
A. Cancellations are accepted per our order terms (we’ll confirm at the time of order). Because of limited batch sizes, cancellations after payment may be subject to fees.
